CONTRACT - ("the Agreement")
This
Agreement for the personal and musical services of Gutbucket,
(hereinafter referred to as "Artist"), which include
the specific details of a music booking Performance (hereinafter
referred to as "Performance"), is entered into on
this date, 7/17/2003, by and between Amherst Brewing
Company (hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser")
as listed below, and the Artist. Both Purchaser and Artist
(hereinafter collectively referred to as "Parties")
agree to and contract as follows:

This performance is non-cancelable.
* Payments are to be made DAY OF SHOW in cash only, unless otherwise negotiated.
* 100% of merchandise sales will go to PERFORMER unless otherwise negotiated
at least ten (10) days in advance of show.
* It is the responsibility of the MUSIC BUYER to fully inform MANAGEMENT
as to the details of this contract, (start time, end time, comped food
and beverages, payment form and amount), failure to do so may result in
a breach of this contract.
* Delay in performance beyond the control of the PERFORMER'S does not constitute
a breach.
