With a bit of an old school vibe, these punk artists have been solid hit since their formation in 2010. The band members, who shared a love of punk, met in college and decided to try to create their own flavor of rock and roll. Though the band originally geared towards hardcore punk, after going through multiple member changes, including the lead singer, the focus gradually shifted towards a lighter "Middle School Punk". Final Impact then emerged as a major contender in the Chinese indie scene with the release of their EP Melancholy Seven 50 and later album PRC Punk.
The band's style is reminiscent of classic punk from the 70s and carries clear influences from legends like Sex Pistols and Ramones. Their songs tend to carry a bit of grunge bite in to it, but Final Impact's music are all light-hearted and easy to dance to. The band's 2013 tour will Beijing, Tienjing, Zhengzhou, Xi'an, Hefei, Changsha, and Nanjing. Be sure to check them out when they are in town.
