By providing a new platform for collaborations between local musicians and DJs, Localized aims to support artists and venues that are part of China's growing underground music scene, and provide audiences with a showcase of the best homegrown talent.

After a successful debut in November, one of Beijing's finest underground music venues, Lantern, plays home to the second installment of Localized.

Expect a dynamic musical spectrum from five of Beijing's most revered DJs, spanning Techno, House, Nu-Disco and Minimal. By understanding each artist's contribution to the local music scene, Jägermeister aims to connect the dots that make up Beijing's rich culture of underground dance music.

Undoubtedly one of the most important people in China's electronic music scene, Weng Weng began as a guitarist and has been throwing underground dance parties since 1997, including the first ever rave on the Great Wall in the summer of 2000. While establishing groundbreaking entities such as Acupuncture Records, Lantern Club & the Intro Electronic Music Festival, Weng Weng has never stopped his passion for spinning the finest dance music for audiences in both China and Europe.

One of the founding fathers of China's electronic music scene, Neebing has been active for over two decades, starting as a radio DJ in Shenzhen and establishing himself as a cutting-edge promoter by bringing the likes of Ken Ishii, Richie Hawtin and Ladytron into the Middle Kingdom.

Beijing native Yang Bing is a key figure in the capital, having been developing the city's club culture since the mid-90s. In addition to representing China at venues and festivals all over Europe, South America and Asia, he's behind Beijing icons China Pump Factory, White Rabbit and Haze.

A pioneer in the development of China's Techno scene, Mickey Zhang is a prolific DJ and producer who has been pushing Beijing's dance music culture since 1999. Whether working in clubs, on the radio, with O2 Culture or his live band WHAI, Mickey's passion for music and drive to fuel the scene puts him at the forefront of Techno in China.

X.L.F. (Xiao Linfeng) is a top producer, DJ and recording artist who is most recognized for his diverse range of electronic music styles – each one of his sets is a unique tale of intrigue.
