From North Korea To NYC - Shanghai DJ B.O Spins Libation & Leftfield
The first DJ ever in North Korea comes to NY's Lower East Side for an eclectic night of performances
MusicDish is proud to present Shanghai-based, American DJ B.O (Brian Offenther), who received international attention when he became the first DJ ever in North Korea, for two special events being held in the Big Apple on July 2nd.
DJ B.O will close a unique dual event for the launch of 30 Days of Metropolicks and ASIANATION TV channels in NYC with a unique set mixing Asian sounds from old school Hong Kong music to Thai and Malaysia music, and beyond. DJ B.O will then head to artsy watering hole Leftfield for an afterparty presented by Brooklyn-based promoters New Island Entertainment.

DJ B.O (Brian Offenther) is Shanghai-based, American DJ, event producer, and peripatetic, with an ever-widening circle of assertive absurdity, from a DJ show in North Korea to producing Mainland China's first Elvis Festival. He has also DJed in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, many different cities in China, and more. In August 2013, he DJed at the renowned Jisan World Rock Festival in South Korea. His brand, Tou JAM, aims to stimulate your toes and percolate your tou: shameless in the gameness.
