MusicDish*China has been busy since of end of Chinese New Year celebrations, with its first 2016 tour and bookings for THIS World Music Fest@China, the signing of UK duo Ooberfuse, two album releases and media partnerships with major mobile conferences in Beijing this Spring.

FESTIVALS / TOURING

French Jazz singer Clotilde will embark on her 4th Asia tour since signing with MusicDish*China in 2014, presenting her latest project 'Madeleine & Solomon - A Women's Journey.' Joined by pianist, composer, multi-instrumentalist Alexandre Saada, the duo will give performances this May on the Fegue Stage of Beijing's Dream Festival (理想音乐节), Korea's Jazz in Seoul as well as shows at East Shore Live Jazz Cafe and Dusk to Dawn (DDC).

MusicDish*China is also pleased to announced that its signed acts Canadian indie folk-rock trio The Jessica Stuart Few and Australian singer Shameem have been selected to perform at October's THIS World Music Fest@China in Linjian, Yunnan province. MusicDish*China also booked Canadian jazz fusion band The Shuffle Demons to the festival.

SIGNING

MusicDish*China is proud to announce the addition of British electro-pop duo Ooberfuse to its roster. Equally at home performing to an audience of 2 million in Madrid, to hundreds in one of Rio de Janeiro's notorious favelas, or in front of the UK's House of Lords, the duo has graced the stage of some of Britain's most prestigious venues – including the O2 in Greenwich, Leicester Square Theatre, Bush Hall and Trafalgar Square.

MUSIC RELEASES

MusicDish*China has started the Year of the Monkey with two new album releases: Toronto-based alternative power pop/rock trio Ménage's album "The Great American Lie" and Grammy certified platinum DJ Sun Junkie's album "Dance, Love, Live." While the latter's album lead track started by climbing to #30 on the Top 50 Song Chart of Chinese music portal Kanjian, Menage was featured as "Popular Artists of the Week" on Kanjian and interviewed by Beijing's Minimal Radio. As a result, Menage has been invited to perform at MIDI Festival in China this October.
