Her professional background and industry experience is in market research and the music industry.
Katherina’s title is Dipl. Kffr., the German equivalent of an MBA. She finished her thesis studies in July 2004. She spent a year in Spain (1999-2000) where she studied business at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and did an internship with Universal Music Spain. This experience gave Katherina great insight into the music business, which she expanded during her thesis work. She accomplished this through collaboration with a concert promoter and research of both statistical and qualitative secondary data.
Katherina now resides in San Francisco, California USA, working on a market research project about the brand Red Bull. Her goal for the near future is to commit to one of the areas she has experience in. She is in transition and is looking at various activities she could get involved in, using her background in music and dance or languages, interpretation and translation.
