Prior to working at Arista Records, Jeff held the title of senior vice president and head of A&R for Island Def Jam Records. While there he worked with such artists as The Killers, Bon Jovi, Hoobastank, Mariah Carey, Sum 41, Fall Out Boy and Nickelback.
Jeff's career in the music industry also includes his work as an attorney for the law firm Mitchell, Silberber and Knupp and the business affairs office at Warner Bros. Records.
In making this announcement, Peter Thea adds "Jeff has a very long history with Jive Records and we are very excited to welcome him back to the ZLG family. His track record and entrepreneurial approach to A&R makes him a natural fit at ZLG."
Jeff states, "I'm thrilled to be back with Barry Weiss, Peter Thea and all my other friends and colleagues at ZLG. I'm proud that I had a hand in building this legendary label, and I look forward to working with the outstanding artists here and finding great new artists in all genres."
