Adstream And Musicrypt Launch Digital Music Delivery System At Midem 2007

Adstream Ltd., the leading provider of digital asset management and distribution services for the global advertising market, has strengthened its offering to include digital music distribution following a landmark deal with Musicrypt Inc. As a result of its partnership with Musicrypt, the leader in secure digital media distribution, Adstream•DMDS (Digital Media Distribution System) will initially be launched in the UK and Ireland this month, with Europe and Australia to follow. The new application was officially unveiled at Midem, the major international music conference in Cannes, France, at an exclusive press conference.

Adstream•DMDS is an easy-to-use, digital file transfer system that allows record labels to quickly, securely and inexpensively deliver broadcast quality music tracks and related promotional materials direct to radio stations, press, agents, promoters and media outlets via the internet.

"Midem is the perfect venue to launch our new global service with Adstream," said Cliff Hunt, chairman, Musicrypt Inc. "The Adstream- DMDS solution will provide UK and European labels with all of the benefits that DMDS technology has been providing for North American based labels and broadcasters. The award-winning, web-based delivery system pioneers secure digital file distribution by incorporating biometrics, high-value encryption and watermarking. Using a biometric technology called BioPassword, Adstream•DMDS improves access security and prevents password-sharing by using patented keystroke dynamics technology to create an individual biometric profile for each user based upon their highly individual typing rhythms.

Other key benefits include:
* The ability to attach pictures, bios, promos, video and website links with music files
* The ability to embargo files for a particular time and date
* Online realtime tracking and reporting tools – view who has received, viewed, streamed and/or downloaded files
* Portable and secure access from any computer worldwide
