Nordström & Kallonen Join Warner Music Finland
Warner Music Nordic announced the appointment of Niko Nordström as general manager, Warner Music Finland, and Asko Kallonen as A&R director, Warner Music Finland. Effective immediately, Nordström will report into Jonas Siljemark, president, Warner Music Nordic, and Kallonen, in turn, will report into Nordström. Both will be based in Helsinki.
Nordström is tasked with accelerating the transformation of Warner Music Finland, driving digital innovation, and further expanding the company's partnerships with their artists. Kallonen will focus on developing Warner Music Finland's talent roster of established stars, up-and-coming acts, and new signings. Both join Warner Music Finland from HMC (Helsinki Music Company), a Finnish company with operations in recorded music, merchandising, music publishing, and touring that was founded by the pair in 2004.
