Big City Radio says it's retained Jorgenson Broadcast Brokerage to market
and conduct an auction of all of its radio stations, the proceeds of which,
"will be utilized first to pay principal and interest in respect of the
Company's 11 1/4 % Senior Discount Notes due 2005 and to pay any other
Company liabilities, with any remaining proceeds to be distributed to the

Big City Radio says it currently owns and operates radio stations in New
York, Los Angeles and Chicago, three of the largest radio markets in the
United States, and an in-house radio rep firm.
