Canada's Cinram International is now the proud owner Time Warner's DVD/CD manufacturing and physical distribution businesses.
Time Warner, sans AOL, said today that the completion of the sale of its DVD and CD manufacturing, printing, packaging, physical distribution and merchandising businesses to Cinram International brought in US$1.05 billion in cash.
