Title: Sing Sing And I
Genre: Indie Pop Rock
Label: Aerial Records
- With first single, “Lover,” receiving some great airplay all over the country, Sing Sing now unleash their new album, Sing-Sing and I. The follow up to 2001's The Joy of Sing- Sing draws on such diverse influences as folk-rock, heavy metal hammer-ons, a bit of Motown drumming and just out-and-out indie-pop. It carries the distinctive Sing-Sing sound, favoring guitars over the electronic samples that dominated the debut, whilst also retaining Sing-Sing`s trademark lyricism - charming and witty personal observations. Produced by Mark Van Hoen (Locust) and mixed by Alan Moulder (U2, Smashing Pumpkins, Curve, Nine Inch Nails), Sing Sing's Lisa O'Neill and Emma Anderson have come up with a winner.
